“Living in the present moment” 5-part series Mindfulness Workshops Mindfulness Training so you will stop being MIA (Missing in Action) and start living your life to the fullest. 1. “Forgiveness” of self and others, leaving grudges and regrets in the past 2. “Restoring Relationships” for re-connecting with others 3. “The gift of jealousy” to find your authentic self 4. “Letting Control Go” as a way to conquer fear and anxiety 5. “Gratitude as a spiritual practice” leading to fully present, blissful days These mindfulness 60-min workshops are focused on promoting self-love, well-being, and harmony in your life. Each workshop, delivered in safe and supportive environment, is a fusion of several healing modalities: Meditation, Reiki, Sound, Journaling, and Aromatherapy. During the workshop, you will explore core issues of your being and experience the pleasure of being in the moment, cultivating long-lasting feeling of peace.
