I help women with breast cancer to overcome fear and overwhelm so that they can move past the diagnosis to create lifelong vitality and grace. 

I work with breast cancer patients in active phase of their medical treatment as well as in the post-cancer recovery phase. As a cancer survivor myself, I know what it takes to get your life back!

I guide women to their best health and wellness through personalized & group healing sessions and health coaching.

My methods are focused on achieving individual balance through self-care, holistic nutrition on- and off- the plate, accountable action with an aid of gentle healing by Reiki and Sound.
